Website monitoring for support subscription plans

Every few minutes our uptime monitor system will check your website. If it doesn’t get the expected response, it’ll keep trying a couple more times to confirm that the site is down.

We are then notified, telling us which website is down, and the error message.

We will notify you by email if there is any excessive downtime (usually more than 5 min) and advise you on steps we recommend to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
